Kailey is a USCCA Firearms Instructor and competitive shooter with a focus on practical application and performance based training for civilian shooters. With several years of teaching experience, she works across beginner to advanced levels, emphasizing safe gun handling, efficient weapon manipulation, accuracy, and consistency under pressure. She brings a professional background as an EMT, Field Training Officer, Certified Tactical Medical Provider, and EMT Instructor, adding depth to her understanding of high stress environments and decision making. Her instruction prioritizes strong fundamentals, proper mechanics, and accountability - developing shooters who are confident, capable, and prepared to perform when it counts.

I am a 25yr Firefighter currently holding the rank of Captain. I began my firearms instructor journey about two years ago with taking NRA classes and Tactical Hyve classes to both improve and to teach firearms training. I currently hold an NRA Basic Pistol instructor certification. I have a long history of teaching and coaching and am very excited to now extend this passion to the firearms world.

John Baker is a former United States Marine Corps veteran and former law enforcement officer with the Phoenix Police Department, bringing decades of real-world experience in safety, decision-making, and high-pressure environments. He has an extensive background in education, having served as an elementary, junior high, and high school teacher, and currently leads as a high school principal. His combined experience in public service and education allows him to deliver training that is practical, structured, and accessible to all skill levels.
